In just twelve months, CMO doubled their manufacturing footprint while ensuring that current operations and staff were never disrupted. The addition is crane-served throughout, with eight bridge cranes and thirty-two jib cranes integrated into the structure, heavy slabs sized for the equipment, and 10,000 square feet of attached office space.
Site work alone moved 75,000 cubic yards of dirt and stone. Phasing, logistics, and access were planned around a plant that kept shipping product every day of construction.
