In an era when so many veterinarians are choosing to sell their practices to private-equity groups, Dr. Ann Everett committed to making her own path and remaining an independent veterinarian.
That decision led her to take a hard look at her facility. The clinic had been built in the early 1970s and added onto three times over the decades, and it was not going to deliver the efficiency or the patient experience she envisioned. Dr. Everett met with multiple builders and entrusted Construction Managers of Ohio to help execute her vision for the future of Agri-Pet.
CMO built the new clinic just six feet from the existing building while the practice kept seeing patients in the original space. Once the team moved into the new facility, the old building was razed and the site became the clinic's new parking lot.
